Just in time for the Holidays, I thought you might be interested in How Santa Claus manages his workshop and gets all those gifts out under the tree in time for Christmas.

While it sounds cute, this is a real book, you can get it at Amazon and on Kindle

While it’s no big secret that there is no magic involved, you will find the “Secrets” of what it takes to be a great leader in your organization.  You may even find that it works like magic.  Business owners and managers alike should read this book.  I find it a great reminder as I re-read it at this time of year while we are preparing our businesses for the upcoming season.
